1.0Very disappointed with the property management. The check-out time was clearly mentioned as between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, but we were being forced to leave by 10:00 AM. The staff kept pressuring us unnecessarily, and their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we tried to explain that the given check-out window was until 11:00 AM, instead of resolving the matter politely, they started threatening us by saying they would cut off the power in all the rooms if we didn’t leave immediately. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and very disrespectful to guests. A property should maintain professionalism and basic hospitality, but unfortunately our experience here was the opposite. Very disappointing service and behavior.

− No one was smiling and other than that there is no issue. It plays a very vital role.
We stayed at the 3rd floor of the property but there was no lift availability. I wouldn't recommend.
2.0There were only 3 breads and an egg, not a single drop of water provided as complementary with the break fast. We have paid rs. 5040 for a day stay, and we have to purchase the water bottles. We are very much disappointed.
− We had our bus at 1 hour after the check out so we have to wait in the reception for that time. But they didn't allow us there. How mean it is! More over the location is 1 km away from the main beach. We have to pay extra fare to reach there.
