9.0Dueños muy amables y atentos, el alojamiento es sencillo pero cuidado y agradable. La cocina aunque no la usamos muy bien equipada
− Hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado normal, pero los dueños compraron uno nuevo portátil para que nos hiciese el apaño, porque no les habían ido a reparar el fino. Y calor no pasamos, eso si, vaya ruido hacen, pero como todo AC portátil

10.0Julia's wonderful apartment, where it is light and quiet and only 200 meters from the sea. This is a spacious apartment in Valencia with 3 rooms, it is very convenient that there is air conditioning, as I like the coolness and it is good that there are also adjustable fans. And although we were not there for long, we liked the beach, especially the one located a little further where the water is cleaner and there are fewer people. There are 7 restaurants on the beach, in 2 of them we took coffee and snacks. But the places that Julia recommended are really better, they are delicious and the price is half as much. I do not know if there are other places in Valencia where there is a clean beach so close, good cafes and only 7 minutes by bus to Les Arts, it is beautiful. It is a fairy tale!
