It's a decent property. Really clean and well maintained. The facilities are modern. Comfy beds.

− Expensive dinner if you only book B&B ($30 per person). Our bill in Melia Arusha was even smaller. The roundtrip transport to Arusha city centre is also expensive ($60 in total) but I like our driver's personality so it was all good. It felt like the staff's behavior is entirely based on how much tip you can give. When I left a modest tip as I was running out of paper money, the staff who took care of us most of the time did not look happy, despite showing jovial behavior before. It felt like their behavior was more motivated with hopes of receiving handsome tips. Because of this, I did not bother to give a tip to the general tip box. I was running out of paper money like I said so I thought to share what remains of it with people who appreciate it.

This is a hidden gem - I highly recommend this hotel! It has everything you need tucked away from the noise of the city

Excellent staff, beautiful grounds and pool, comfortable beds! This is a hidden gem! We had the family bungalow with 3 bedrooms. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A very pleasant and beautiful accommodation, with spacious rooms and a nice pool. The manager allowed us a late check-out.

Lovely staff, very nice place!

I would like to highlight the very kind and helpful manager and staff, who assisted us even in non-standard situations. The food was very good; we even experienced a themed (banana) dinner. They also arranged excursions for us, including pick-up directly from the accommodation.

− The following points are not complaints, but rather observations that did not bother us; however, they may be useful for others when choosing accommodation. For two days, a group of teenagers was using the pool area in addition to the guests staying in the villas and rooms around the pool. As a result, there were not enough sun loungers available for our whole group for most of the day. However, since relaxing by the pool was not our priority, we did not raise this with the staff, so I am not sure whether they were guests from another part of the property or external visitors. The villa we stayed in was spacious and very beautiful, and fans were available. However, I would like to point out something unusual for us: the space above the doors to each room was only covered with a wooden grille, so sound carried easily throughout the house, including from the bathrooms ;-)

I really enjoyed the unique and comfy atmosphere.
