5.0Good location close to amenities in Brighouse. Apartment was clean and furnishings are new and comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is up a steep staircase which isn't obvious from the description.
− The whole apartment smelled badly of cigarette smoke. It was very clean so the smoke smell may not be something the owners can do much about, but it did affect the comfort of our stay.

8.0Location was geat for where I needed to be. Dedicated parking space was great, right outside of door. Flat was clean and comfortable
− There was no heating on when I arrived, and it had been cold for a day or so thermostat was showing 7°, and could see breath! Although I obviously managed to get heating on, it took a long time for it to feel warm inside. That is my only negative, maybe the heating could have been put on for a few hours before arrival to take the chill off
