Great position, but lacking in penthouse basic bench marks on

− This holiday accommodation is not penthouse worthy. Reason being, a penthouse is classed as superior. This accommodation lacked air conditioning to all bedrooms, and has no wi fi; even 2 star accommodation has at least that. As a regular visitor to Bargara, Would not be back to or recommend this accommodation
Relaxing stay on road trip home from cairns to Brisbane
8.0Great location to shops and bowls club, nice views from Balcony, Lock up car space, on the top floor, very spacious, Easy check in with real estate agent.
− Mould and Mildew on bedroom windows on inside of windows, mould and dirt in grout lines of bathroom floor and shower recess very bad. splash back behind stove top was not cleaned, when we clean with a chux rag it was cover in grease and dirt. Wooden chopping boards 8 in total were put on top off each other in cupboard while still wet and had black mould between them took a photo before and after we cleaned them was told by real estate to leave on outdoor table and they will dispose off them. I think they need to find a new cleaner as there was dust over bed head and side tables when you book into a penthouse you expect it to be clean. if it was a two star place you may expect that. was offer the cleaning fee back but after two week still nothing.

Great complex and location. Spacious but no air conditioning in two rooms made it difficult to sleep at night.

− Two rooms had no air conditioning and ceiling fans only pedestals. The time of year was humid and hot. Both rooms need air con. For only this reason we will not stay there again. It was unbearable. Also the descriptions were misleading about air conditioning. It differed across various holiday listings.
