Ideal location, good view.

Balcony was the main selling point. Free wi fi, lovely clean pool. Very friendly helpful lady on reception who booked us a taxi to airport. Washing machine was added bonus. Loads of wardrobe space with adequate hangers. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We were very kindly allowed a later check out.

− Could've done with a curtain blackout liner, There were no wine glasses, icecube tray (we bought our own) the bed didn't look made up properly when we got there, just a sheet and 2 pillows no throw or cover, we managed to find a blanket in the cupboard. Bathroom window didnt stay shut. The shower cubicle tray needs deep cleaning, an old toothbrush and cream cleaner would sort that 👍 One of the neighbours wasn't very welcoming either ☹️ had a go at my husband because he stepped over the balcony to look over to the pool, the area looked like a walkway, he told my husband he shouldn't be doing that because he accused him of invading his privacy, I told him to ignore the man, but after that first day I felt I couldn't sit in the morning sun at the top end of my balcony, if the complex doesn't allow people to step over the short balcony onto the fake grass area then there should be notices up. The neighbour had a sunbed and parasol on the green area so it's obviously used.

big balcony with an amazing ocean view, great location, close to the main areas in the city/beach, apartment was well equipped - washing machine, iron, wide range of kitchen equipment, big closet, smart TV, great internet connection, our host was super nice and helpful upon arrival

− balcony door and bathroom window were broken when we arrived - you couldn't properly close them, it was fixed in couple of days after we raised it prior arrival, we communicated with different person - there was a bit of confusion while aligning on details, host that we did check-in with and was our contact during our stay was amazing :)

Location was excellent for us, near the bus station and near Puerto colon and tenisur where we were playing tennis tournament. Minor improvement could be a tea towel, so wine glasses, more teaspoons but this are minor things. We loved the view from the balcony and the pool was lovely and quiet.

Amazing worth it and comfortable. Upgrade the balcony chairs and tables and it would get a 10 from me

Area was great for shops and beach

− The chairs in the balcony one broken and hurt my back. Definitely need updating also if there was sunloungers would be great as u get the sun all day
