Nice little apartment with all basic needs covered.

− Location not within walking to main supermarkets and general shops. Parking was full after 6pm, had to park outside gate.

Property in Fremantle
8.0The living room/kitchen area + the bedrooms were obviously renovated. The washer also had a dryer function, but the clothes were still abit damp after drying. Washing powder was not found when we checked in, but the host quickly arranged for the delivery the next day.
− The property was located in a brown, kinda old, dated building. Could smell the stench of urine around the property. In my opinion, I don't think the toilet and bathroom were renovated, hence could be unacceptable for people who are picky about cleanliness/toilet & bathroom facilities. A lot of dead plants in the property - wished the owner had cleared them as previous reviews had already mentioned about the dead plants.

7.0− Only left one coffee pod. Was right next to a main road. No air con in bedrooms. Fan in bedrooms too harsh and one would only turn on with a light !
