− Purtroppo la relazione con il Gestore è stata pessima: è stato trattenuto un importo dalla cauzione a fronte di una presunta rottura di una lampada, che non è sicuramente avvenuta durante il soggiorno. Infatti tale rottura è stata contestata unilateralmente dal gestore tramite una foto inviata ben dopo il checkout, mentre la contestazione sarebbe dovuta avvenire in presenza degli ospiti durante il checkout, come da prassi di tutti i gestori di strutture su booking (sottoscritto compreso, fra l'altro..)
