No Customer service and courteous from the owner

− The owner sent me a message on Friday the day we were meant to check in to tell me the place we had booked had been damaged by fire. She didn't even call me, she sent a message to the website and if I didn't check I wouldn't have known, she said call me for more details 🥺. She was rude most of the time because she even said I should find another alternative, how was I going to get it at that time. Also, she ended up giving us an alternative which was a total inconvenience.. She doesn't have customer service experience and treats people like dirt. We ended up changing our plans, which also did not sit well with her but we were inconvenienced by her. The original plan to be in Middleburg,but we ended up in witbank which screwed all our plans and she didn't want to hear. She needs to learn to treat people with respect and there is a way to deal with crises. I was utterly disappointed, she was acting all superior and really not wanting to hear anything.
