− Скудные и не очень вкусные завтраки и в целом как готовят в ресторане. А это очень важно , так как за пределами отеля нет приличных ресторанов.

− Very poor breakfast, not enough cosmetic (no lotion, no conditioner etc), bad cleaning near the swimming pool.

− We take deluxe. There is no difference between Standard and Deluxe. Bad view. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well. Water was pouring all over the bathroom. . There is only 1 chair in the room.

− გვინდა აღვნიშნოთ ერთი პატარა გაუგებრობა: საუნასთან და ჯაკუზისთან დაკავშირებით წინასწარ გვქონდა ინფორმაცია, რომ შესვლა შედიოდა ფასში, თუმცა მოგვიანებით აღმოჩნდა, რომ სხვა სტუმრებს იმ დროისთვის საუნა დაჯავშნილი ჰქონდათ და შეიქმნა უხერხული სიტუაცია. კარგი იქნება, თუ მომავალში მსგავსი დეტალები წინასწარ იქნება შეთანხმებული, რათა სტუმრებს შორის გაუგებრობა არ მოხდეს🙏🏻 მადლობა პერსონალს, რომ სწრაფად მოახდინეს რეაგირება და სიტუაციის გამოსწორება სცადეს. ესეთი კარგი პერსონალი საქართველოში ჯერ არ შემხვედრია 🤗
