1.0Ottima posizione. Molto gentile la signora Dora, unica della struttura, pessimi tutti gli altri.
− Nonostante avessi avvisato che il mio volo fosse in ritardo e mi fosse stato assicurato che mi avrebbero aspettato per il check in, all’atterraggio ho trovato un messaggio che diceva che l’operatore era andato e ho dovuto dormire in strada dopo aver pagato più di 300 euro a notte. Capisco le regole della struttura ma c’è stata una assoluta mancanza di empatia e organizzazione visto che non hanno un sistema di apertura accessi da remoto. Il letto era molto scomodo e la camera piccola hanno reso il soggiorno pessimo

7.0Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral. Die Besitzerin hat und auch noch spät empfangen. Für 2-3 Nächte reichte es völlig. Es ist halt sehr schmal/eng, aber das weiß man vorab. Bad ist neu, aber Dusche auch mehr als eng. Ebenso, dass es nachts auch lauter ist, da Nähe Puerta de Sol, Restaurants. Dafür unzählige Restaurants/Bars für ein schnelles Frühstück in der Nähe. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Plaza Mayor und san Miguel Mercado keine 10 min. Palast Max 15 min. Es gibt einen Aufzug in die 4. Etage.

− Schimmel an der Decke, Steckdosen waren nicht fixiert, Klo zu lein, sehr teuer.
