De prachtige koloniale bungalow! Het is onderdeel van Golden Ridge Hotel (via receptie aldaar) en heeft een originele antieke inrichting en mooi onderhouden Engelse tuin.

− Het is enigszins gehorig.

Boven verwachtingen goed . Locatie is top en faciliteiten zijn erg goed!

De ligging is perfect , er wordt gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten van het ridge hotel. Goede gym, heerlijk zwembad . We hadden half pension geboekt. En beide buffetten waren fantastisch! Het personeel spreekt goed Engels en staat open voor feedback. Wifi en 4G werken goed.

− The toilet got clogged. The staff had to be told twice to get something done.

The hotel of dream From the first seconds, as soon as the taxi took us to this hotel, we were amazed by the service. Starting from the SECURITY guard and the DOORMAN caring meeting at the taxi, then the BARTENDER who picked out the right welcome-drink because he saw that we were frozen from the road. RECEPTION team paid us a lot of attention, answered all our questions, advised places in Sri Lanka and their advice always worked. Of course, the RESTARAUNT’s team works very well together, they see every moment of help that is visible in our eyes. A new fork, a napkin or water, they anticipate any request and come to the rescue themselves, without an additional request. The CHEFS COOK excellently, our 7-year-old child ate every dish with great appetite, the food is very diverse and for every taste. The CLEANING service kindly provided us with an iron, and thanks to them, our room smelled delicious. The GARDENERS here have golden hands, the beauty of the garden made me want to cry, for 2 days I could not get used to this beauty and photographed the flowers every minute. Even a part of the team that we met in the ELEVATOR showed us signs of attention and we felt like respected guests. I would also like to thank the team who helped organize a surprise on my husband's birthday. When he woke up and opened the window of his room, the staff was standing in the garden with a cake and everyone was singing the song "Happy Birthday". They allowed me to add my decor, which I brought from Moscow to the luxurious garden. Thanks to Linton, Thakshila, Chef, and every team member we talked to, I'm sure you know who I'm writing about. Unfortunately, I didn't remember all the names. It was a different world. This hotel has taught us a lot!
