10.0Lokalizacja, czystość, klimatyzacja, spokojna okolica, parking. Czynnik ludzki - pani Maria, która jest dobrym duchem tego miejsca.
− Parę niedociągnięć było: Słabo zaprojektowana łazienka (spływ wody z prysznica na samym środku łazienki 😱). Słabo działający internet. W informacji o lokalu podano, że to było ok 100m2. W rzeczywistości okazało się, że jest to max. 60m2.
