We loved it and will book again when travelling to Bath.

The location was perfect and the size of the apartment was wonderful. We appreciated the decor and the comfortable feel.

− A couple of things detracted - the window blind wasn't fitted and one of the chairs in the lounge was damaged although not readily visible as it was under a cushion.

Exceptional furnishings. Lovely central location

− Advertised as a double & 2 singles . It was in fact two doubles. We were a party of four and one had to sleep on the sofa as couldn’t share a bed. Only provided one fan , we had to have the windows open due to the heat and the noise level was far greater than anticipated. No running water from the cold tap from the basin in the bathroom.

Central location, large living area

− Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. On arrival, we noticed ominous looking brown marks under the toilet seat and on the toilet roll, which unfortunately affected our first impression. A little more attention to cleanliness would make a big difference. The blind in the lounge was fully down, so there wasn’t much privacy, and the cold tap in the bedroom en-suite wasn’t working, meaning we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. The fans provided were much appreciated, especially during the heatwave, although air conditioning would make the property even more comfortable. We also had to keep the windows closed because of the noise outside, but that’s largely because we chose to go to bed quite early. Finally, ironing facilities would be a helpful addition for guests. These are all relatively small improvements that would make an otherwise pleasant stay even better.

− Rue extrêmement bruyante, un groupe de jeunes gens a fêté toute la nuit sous nos fenêtres, on a pas dormi de la nuit. C’était très long avant que le responsable ouvre la porte d’entrée lorsque l’on fait le code

Location good for site seeing..

− Location also bad due to seagulls. VERY loud. Couldn’t open windows very much, afraid they would fly in. There were a lot in this area. Service vehicles very loud in early morning 5-7 am. Communication horrible!! NO RESPONSE when asking for early or late check out.
