− Car park hard to find during high season.
Berbaloi, boleh repeat dan boleh diperbaiki.
8.0tempat strategik, Kawasan yang tenang, mudah nak akses, dekat dengan kedai dan restoran, selesa, kemudahan asas cukup, harga berpatutan, owner yang respon cepat, urusan mudah, ada disediakan arah kiblat dan sejadah , boleh masak2, bersih, tilam banyak, rumah luas dan ada kemudahan lif.
− parking agak susah, kena balik awal. kalau balik lambat parking dah tiada. internet/wifi sangat slow. selimut dan bantal tak cukup, kalau ramai orang kena bawa sendiri (mungkin boleh request dengan owner).
