− When I arrived at the property I had to work out where the secure parking was, Harcourts neglected to tell me access was from a side street, then to discover Harcourts had given me the wrong keys, a call to their office had a sales person deliver the keys, thankfully they had the right keys this time. Next issue was the stairs, the unit was located on the top floor, it is 4 flights to carry luggage up, they need to change the details on all websites to show correct details, unit is not located on 2nd floor but 4th floor. On entering the unit first impressions were good until I ventured out onto the balcony, it was looking a bit neglected, dirty from bird droppings, the stools looked rusty so I decided not to go back out there. Closer inspection inside showed some areas that had been missed by the cleaners. At $200.00 a night my expectation was I'd be getting somewhere clean and comfortable, perhaps Harcourts think that's what $200.00 a night gets you in Port Macquarie. Then to top it off when I returned the keys this morning the guy in the office was less than friendly, a couldn't careless attitude. Harcourts need to ensure the details reflect the property accurately, the property does not have views from the balcony, there are large trees with dead branches and it faces a driveway.

Loved the location and the unit, didn’t like the stairs.

Great location. Very clean & comfortable. Air con & ceiling fans were very welcome.

− All the stairs, I think the fact the unit is on the top floor & have to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs should be mentioned when booking.

Our stay wasn't pleasant,so much so that we only stayed one night instead of three.

− An elevator would have made life easier,there was too many flights of stairs to get to our unit,carrying our luggage was a nightmare..We couldn't enjoy our balcony as it was filthy & needed a good clean.
