It was clean and looks nice but it had so many issues. Boiler didn’t work, no heating and no hot water. No extra towel or bedding according to the number of people. All faucets were leaking, the flat door doesn’t lock from outside so when we go out we couldn’t lock the door. The downstairs neighbor was a pain, smoked day and night.

− One day before our booking the management messaged and said their other property had a boiler issue and that why they gave us another flat with the same kind of accommodation that we required. Once we got there, the management told me the key is in the lockbox. However, all the doors were unlocked. The key was useless, it didn’t work for any door. The 1st day, there was no heating and no hot water. My family was freezing the whole day there were not enough towels and bedding. After arguing back and forth with the management late night they sent the towels and extra bedding and sent someone to fix the boiler. Then the key didn’t lock any door every time we went out we were worried that anyone can just break in and steal anything from the flat since everything was wide open the door didn’t even close properly. Then the downstairs neighbor who lived there were smoking weird stinky stuff and saying we were making noise. However, the management said they had psychological problems. The whole flat was falling apart things looked like made of steel but ut was all plastic and the shower was a hassle. All the faucets leak. My family and I went from US to UK for a 1 week trip for the first time and it was the worst experience because of this stay.
