We enjoyed our time at Straddie House which was clean and comfortable.
8.0Having an onsite sauna was excellent, and the view of Yotei on a sunny day was top notch. It was easy to check in (the house key was in a lock box at the front door) and the house was clean and comfortable.
− Staying at Straddie House will likely require you to have a rental car, which is fine - it means you can go to the mountains that have the best conditions on the day. While the 2 bedrooms are separate, there isn't a huge amount of privacy between them.

Good value, lovely place to stay, great hosts, and away from the hustle and bustle of niseko.
8.0We really liked the vibe of the place as it felt very cosy, homely and friendly. comfortable beds loved the sauna and the shower was great very clean lots of towels plenty of equipment (pots, pans, plates, utensils) to be able to make a meal at home and the coffee provided was good
− the layout is a little odd because all rooms are open to each other (bedroom walls not going all the way up to the ceiling) not a big deal but it does mean there is very limited privacy for those staying in the house Internet was a bit unstable and unreliable especially for streaming so maybe that could be improved if there was room to put a small hot tub outside the property that would make it exceptional! Please note that having our own car is a must to stay here. it would be too difficult and far too expensive to rely on taxis.
