10.0We thought that golden frog hostel was very spacious, there is lots of communal spaces; a large kitchen with amble space to cook, also a table to eat at, as well as two different sofa chill areas, games room and a roof terrace. Good place to cook your own food, and if you were wishing to meet other travellers, this is a good place to be sociable. Staff were helpful and friendly and the place was clean. The private rooms were large and the water pressure for showers was good ( we were in a private room, so not sure what the communal showers were like) Location was excellent to be so close to the cathedral, and short walk to the cable car to explore the city. I would recommend.
− If any criticism, the beds were hard.

8.0Un espacio muy tranquilo y bonito para el descanso, habitaciones amplias, camas confortables, todo muy ordenado y limpio.
− Creo que es importante mejorar la comunicación respecto a los tiempos de entrega de las habitaciones, para no invadir el espacio de los huéspedes sin anticipacion. También respecto al uso de las llaves para el ingreso al hotel, timbre y demás, y el olor de las toallas que se presta a los usuarios.

6.0La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones amplias, el lugar es tranquilo y con poco ruido
− a pesar de que reserve con baño privado, el baño no estaba dentro de la habitacion si no afuera, si bien solo yo tenia acceso a la ducha y al sanitario, el lavamanos si estaba en una área con otros dos lavamanos, donde entraba mas gente, otra cosa es que no reciben transferencias , solo efectivo o tarjeta de crédito, Cuando le dije al personal de recepción sobre estas dos cosas su trato no fue el mejor
