Perfect location, King Bed, air conditioned suite.

This location was excellent for our first time in Rome. We walked to all the significant monuments that we wanted to visit. The neighbourhood had everything that you need to make your stay comfortable - groceries, restaurants, pharmacy. It was a nice balance between being close to the tourist spots, but not IN them so you got a sense of the neighbourhood feel without the crush of the crowds. This unit is newly renovated, clean and air conditioned with a King bed in the main bedroom. It has a pull out couch that a couple of smaller people or kids would find comfortable to sleep on, the kitchen has basic items (nothing fancy) and two bathrooms each with walk-in showers.

− While the unit itself is terrific, the only downside is that it is right on the street. There is no sound barrier, entry door with hallway as other places in Rome have, that would block the sound from the street. We arrived on a Friday and that night along with Sat night were very loud with people just out and enjoying themselves on the street outside the unit. Used ear plugs that worked just fine. Sunday and the rest of our stay were peaceful nights with no need for ear plugs. I would have preferred a bit more timely communication from the hosts as I had sent a note a couple of days before our arrival that didn't get responded to. Our hosts did not meet us at the unit, as all communication and check in were completed over WhatsApp and email so you will need a cell phone plan that works in Italy. I did get the information that I needed though, a couple of hours before check in time, and got into the suite no problem. Just a reminder that it would be best to have cash Euros upon check out for the local tax. This was not collected at check in. I had booked this unit so long before our trip that I completely forgot and had made a point of using all my Euros on our last day in Italy, just to be reminded of it from the host the night before we left. Had to scramble and find an ATM that evening while packing up, that cost us much more than if we had been reminded about this earlier in the day.

O imóvel fica muito bem localizado, no centro histórico. O interior do apartamento é muito novo e a decoração muito bonita. Encontramos o aparamento muito limpo e sem sinais de uso anterior. Apesar de fincar em uma área movimentada,, foi muito conveniente estar próximo a tudo, mas em uma rua mais calma. Para nossa hospedagem com crianças isso foi muito agradável.

− Sentimos falta de um forno elétrico (havia apenas microondas) e de mais alguns itens de cozinha, tais como panelas, instrumentos para preparo de alimentos e eletrodomésticos de uso diário. O reservatório do boiler poderia ser uma pouco maior, pois a água quente acabou no segundo banho. Nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.

Excellent location. Close to a grocery store as well. Even had umbrellas for us if it rained. Internet was great. They had a booklet of restaurants and other information. Very helpful.

Super modern and very well equipped for a family. Made a huge difference having two bathrooms for a family of four! The location was also excellent, with most main landmarks within a 20-25 minute walk.

− The only thing that could be improved would be to have a safety deposit box within the property for storing valuables.

Its in the hart of rome and its very close to every where just 15 min walking to reach the center of rome Location is great Apartment facilties is very good and clean The host was very kind with us

− No private parking, we must park into a praking bulding which was reccomended by the host but it almost 15 to 20 min walking from the apartment I was informed that am not able to go by my car but i did because i have many Luggages and it imposible to carry . ZTL policy was very diffecult in rome Otherwise everything was great
