10.0The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge money-saver. We appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which worked perfectly during a couple of warm evenings. Having free private parking on-site was a major plus and made coming and going very easy.
Extremely disappointed!
1.0All five of us enjoyed being together.
− The house looked rundown. My first impression was bad due to very dusty and dirty stairs. Two windows had issues; one was cracked, and another had parts of glass missing in the window. The car lot next to the house was a junkyard. The sizes of beds are misleading; we think all three beds were doubles. The main bedroom was like sleeping on three to four inches of mattress and had no box spring. One bed the mattress hung over the side, no box springs. The third bedroom has no box springs and a thin mattress. The whole house and the floors were leaning. In all three bedrooms, the doors would not close. The bathroom floor was raised, the tub was not supported, and you felt you would fall through. No table or chairs were provided to eat at, or anything else. They provided several air fresheners in every room to combat the mold smell. The third bedroom air conditioner had visible mold. The parking was way to tight. The couches were extremely old and bumpy. At all, the windows were only sheers, so there was no privacy. The plastic shower curtain was not long enough, it did not reach the top of the tub. The ceiling was coming down in the hallway. They provided a used tube of toothpaste. There were ants. The turquoise face towels bleed color and bled onto white washcloths. Someone tried to fix up the house but it was just to old. old.

− Condition of property... beds were terrible If you have back issues not the place... Needs lots of work on the house...
