− The property was not suitable or safe. The main entrance door was open and had a 5inch gap between door and ground. There was no lights in the hall. The stairs was a stone stairs and none of us felt comfortable on them they were a slanted two flights up. I did not bring my 83 year old mother up the stairs and had to get a different accommodation. When we got to apartment door the bedrooms were up another stairs and toilet was downstairs. The toilet and bath was not clean hairs all over it. The kitchen was OK and the living room. We requested another suitable accommodation but was told nothing available. The windows did not open properly and Tuesday when we left the whole area was terrible hot. We stayed 1 night out of 5.

Absolutely awful! If blood hair and other bodily fluids is what you’re looking for, then this is your place! Shocking! N

The location is the only positive.

− As soon as we walked in the stairs had litter on. The kitchen had been left with pizza boxes dirty dishes and a powder residue on the kitchen units and table. The fridge and cupboards were full of mouldy and out of date products. And as for the bedrooms, all the bed sheets and duvet covers had blood stains, hair and other bodily fluid stains on them. They were also like someone had just waken up and rolled out of the bed. The bathroom had toothpaste and soap all over the sink and bathtub and overall dirty towels to top it off. As for the staff they have strung me along saying they would refund the whole amount and have now ignored and do not answer my phone calls and texts. I was willing to let it slide and assume it was a none off but people staying in another of the properties had the exact same problem with no cooperation either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely lovely place very cozy. The beds where very nice. The double bed was on the smaller end. My partner and I couldn't sleep together in it so if you both are tiny you would be able to sleep with someone in it. Very close to stores and food places. I would say this place needs some tlc. The doors are coming off the hinges etc. but still such a lovely place. I would say if your disabled or elderly it wouldn't be the best place due to the stairs leading up to the flat are very curvey and have no lights unless all the neighbours leave them on.

Very happy, we were visiting a relative who lived i close so it was idea for all the family

No Applicable but kitchen facilities very satisfactory for what we needed to cook. However needed a potato peeler
