The location was OK. The rest was appalling and over priced. It was dirty, the furnishings are so old, probably 1980s. There is NO coffee machine, and I was afraid to sit on the old lounge suite. It was like walking into an old persons apartment, it's that old. I was charged Euro 640 for 2 nights, but today I checked the other sites it it's available from E132-168 a night. The greatest rip-off of my travel life. I am so happy to be back in Australia, free from bad operators.

− The bathroom package consisted of one piece of soap the size of a postage stamp! No shampoos etc, nothing. The refridge is probably 30 years old, it was iced-over. No bottled water and the tap water tasted dodgy, not right. The only coffee was another previous guest coffee bag, opened. Seriously avoid this horrible place. They would not telephone me, they sent 7 video tapes for me to follow on how to find the place. WHAT! And posted at least 10 texts to find the door key. THERE WAS NONE. A neighbor let me in. Their picture of WiFi code shows 23 digits and the picture is so blurry you cannot cut & paste the code to your phone. I screamed for help and they failed to reply. I complained to them and they never replied. NOT ONCE. As a Bookings Genius Level 3 VIP, it was an over-priced disgrace!!!!

要小小抱怨一下那個淋浴間實在太小了。這間是我在這次義大利旅遊住過最貴，但是體驗最一般的。無人管理的模式我不太喜歡，大門有點卡，鎖開了以為沒解鎖。房東算是很用心的在回答你問題。沒有洗衣機，扣分。

This is despicable treatment of both the property and Booking.com. Go Direct!!

A colleague and I were attending an international conference at the Hilton which was booked out due to the amount of people attending from all over the world. I was very lucky to find this accommodation on booking.com so close to the Hilton however turned into a nightmare!!

− Upon arrival at the property we were met by a representative of Team CleanBnB Giudecca who let us into the apartment. Once we were inside he proceeded to advise us that there would be no hot water for the duration of our stay. When I asked why not he had said the whole building had no hot water available. I advised him that this booking should not have been taken from us nor Booking.com but instead removed from Booking.com for availability whilst there was not hot water. My colleague and I were left stranded without available accommodation for a work conference and told to make a decision within 20 minutes. I found alternate accommodation for 2 nights and then had to struggle for another 2 nights. This property offered no compensation and charged me full price. After 2 months of trying to make contact with these people and my constant complaints from across the world I have been given a discount of cleaning charges only and then Booking.com took their costs. This is despicable treatment of both the property and Booking.com. Do not stay here, and do not use Booking.com - go direct!!! I rate this experience negative -10!!!

Great location, comfy beds, space to eat and relax! Quiet area but friendly and well connected. I would recommend to friends! Michele was very helpful and flexible with arrival times and keys.

− The kitchen could be improved with a small oven rather than a microwave. The door to enter the building is quite heavy to use. It would have been helpful to have a short guide / helpful information / things to remember in the flat to refer to including where to put the bins, nearby clothes washing (as there is no where to wash clothes in the building), wifi passwords etc. The shower sometimes ran hot then cold back and forth.
