Clean, airy apartment but shoddy service
6.0Spacious, clean and new apartment. Nice views too. The property was clean and have all the toiletries you need. Comfortable beds and rooms. The locality is residential so its quiet and peaceful.
− The staff does not have their act together! The receptionist was so confused about billing and one extra person charge, i had to walk her through the price breakdown multiple times times to convince her i had paid all that was needed. They brought us tea at 7pm that we never asked for and charged us for that. They had a hot plate with no plug point for tea and we asked them for a solution, they tried but we had to figure things out. You need to let them know you need apartment cleaning or else they wont clean and they show up an a random time to clean vs the time they committed. We requested for a auto contact to drop us at the mandir at 4:30 am, we booked the guy and he never showed up. Cars were parked right at the gate so we couldnt take out car out, and we got really late due to them. Its also a bit far from the main market/mandir area so build in the time to go to and from everytime.
