1.0Unable to get in to the property as no code sent. We were stranded in London and had to get a train back home to Liverpool. No response from owner at all.
We arrived at the property to be told we could not stay as the place was under new owners

Perfect for what we needed
7.0It was close to the main park but just off the busy road so it was quite when we went to sleep.

− We are scammed. We paid in full. When we arrived at the property, the host is unreachable for hours. When they finally answered, they denied being in charge of this property stating they no longer manage this place and that the system is not updated. They gave us a new number to call which nobody was answering. We were left out in the cold for several hours with a 10 year old kid on new years eve. What a horrendous experience!
