8.0Localização excelente, perto do centro histórico de La Laguna, património mundial da humanidade. Perto de várias lojas, supermercados e restaurantes. Estacionamento gratuito sempre disponível nas redondezas.

− El precio no lo vale. Huele mucho, muchísimo, a humedad en toda la casa, y se ve en las paredes. Las camas muy incomodas. No entiendo como tiene un 8. No es real.
