They are trying to restore an old bldg and only have 1 room avail in the whole house at the time.
4.0− 1. No chair or sofa except hard wooded chair at desk, bad lighting in bath, desk too small to do any work because it was full from the coffee maker and sugar basket. 2. One day, no hot water 3. 3 days no A/C for partial day 4. 1 day door lock didn't work due to dead batteries.
Great clean room for price. Location is excellent if you need to be in the Chadds Ford area.
9.0Clean and simple loft room. Nice bathroom. The food at the Bier Haul restaurant is excellent. The German Chocolate Cake is AMAZING!
− There could have been a small desk in the room to allow for a workspace.

10.0The location is amazing! It was so close to the family we were visiting, it was fun to be above the bar/restaurant, and it was easy to come and go. The bathroom is a little small but honestly perfectly fine AND everything looked so new and clean. There was a Keurig in the room--we didn't have any coffee but it smelled delicious. I loved the communal "pantry" with a hair dryer, wine key, and water bottles.
− I wish the sheets on the bed had been just a touch nicer. I wasn't expecting luxury or anything but these were just a touch too scratchy. Since it's not a standard hotel building, the air can't be controlled by room, but rather the whole building. I'm the type of person who runs hot at night so I think a fan would be an excellent addition to the room.
