− Breakfast on second day. Staff didn’t appear to be looking after guests. Ran out of beans and sausages and staff never checked on this. Gave up in the end. Wasn’t alone as other guests went short too. Food great quality though . A shame as great chef and lovely place .
Beautiful hotel, peaceful atmosphere & memorable
10.0Beautiful hotel, and surroundings. View was amazing. Peaceful & a comfortable stay. Booked for my partners birthday, the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Welcoming & polite. We had the boudoir room. Beautiful spacious comfy room with lovely view. The staff made my partners birthday with a special birthday card, Prosecco & chocolate coated strawberries. (Special thank you to Taron, staff member) Breakfast was tasty & plentiful. We didn’t stay for dinner, but would definitely try next time. Location was great, quiet, peaceful & gorgeous views of countryside. Not far from Windermere & Ambleside easy to get to. Might try one of the lodges next time with our dog. Great stay, wonderful place & memories made. Broadoaks we will be back. Thank you 😊
