Mooi gernoveerde locatie, met toegang tot een goed onderhouden tuin met stenen bbq en ligzetels.

− Geen raam in de slaapkamer. Stijle ijzeren trap om het appartement te bereiken. Er ontbrak een bijzet tafeltje en sfeerlicht in het salon.
