7.0La posizione della struttura è ottima. È equidistante un po da tutto: Centro storico, Centro città “nuova” e mare.
− La pulizia della struttura ha lasciato a desiderare. Inoltre essendo un “basso” o comunque un ex garage/cantina adibito ad appartamento, è un pó umido. Metterei delle tende alle finestre che ci sono per evitare di far entrare la luce alle 6 di mattina.
