− Rolety na oknie strasznie brudne Nie polecam jeśli potrzebujesz zameldować się wcześniej Po zapytaniu pani chciała za każdą godzinie zameldowania się wcześniej dopłatę 50 zł Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z taką sytuacją Na minus też parking który został mi zaoferowany w budynku obok

− Apartament za dużo powiedziane. Niestosowne w ogóle do ceny. Na ogłoszeniu zdjęcia nie mają nic wspólnego z tym co zobaczyliśmy jak byliśmy na miejscu. Zdjęcie mi jak się miały. Ciężko poprawić zasłony bo spadły z żabek. Rolety postrzępione, i brudne jak by miały cholera wie ile lat, ciężko było zasłonić okna. Szafka w łazience ciężko wymienić lakier odchodzi jak by nie wiadomo ile miała lat. Domofon non stop popsuty. Jeśli ktoś nie wychodzi z klatki to nie wejdziesz. Wycieraczka postrzępiona jakby pies rozszarpał. Szafa z drzwiami przesuwanymi. Trzeba było uważać, żeby nie wypadku drzwiczki z rolek. Nie polecam.
Disappointing Experience – Poor Maintenance and Cleanliness
3.0The location was ok.
− I was highly disappointed with the condition of this property. Multiple amenities were broken or unusable: the dishwasher didn't work, the fridge door was completely missing its shelves, and one of the shelves in the wardrobe was broken. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable—the shower was dirty, and the couch was filthy and covered in numerous stains. The property feels poorly maintained, and I cannot recommend staying here.
