− The sunroom (AKA 4th bedroom) off the living/dining area could be considered a bedroom in any season other than winter. The sliding windows on the sunroom didn't create a seal to stop cold draughts coming through. No onsite parking but plenty of parking spaces on the street within 10-15 metres.
