1.0老闆態度極差惡劣.直接把我們趕出去.並且無法溝通.我們只能當下另找住宿.老闆說不歡迎開車前往的旅客.而我們只有在外面大馬路下行李走進飯店.也沒停在門口影響別人.老闆非常不高興.直接抽走鑰匙.並且說他不給我們住了.叫我們直接把東西搬走.非常不客氣且沒禮貌.不理顧客的感受.當下只能另外找其他地方住.甚至不退費

Overall an excellent choice for single travelers looking for Mountain/Ski/Snowboard exp.
7.0Super friendly and accommodating owner, helped with everything I asked for, prepared my rental ski gear and made adjustments as per my preferences on all gear. The bed was comfortable and so was pillows and duvet. Location location and location was excellent, close to Nagasaka Gondola and the Ski system, close enough to downtown for restaurants and shops and Onsen etc.
− No shower in the room and as for most accommodation, everything is on the small side.
Comfortable, with bath house and delicious fresh well priced meals.
10.0This was an awesome location, friendly staff, relaxing bath, warm comfortable rooms. The ski hire for guest was incredibly well priced. We missed the diner due to arriving after the time to book. We were sad as the breakfast was super fresh and delicious. We miss super fresh food when we are traveling around. We imagined the dinner to be the same as the hot pot smelt so great when we arrived. As we only stayed one night we can’t let you know how much we thought about this as an awesome place to return to on our 3rd Nozawa visit.

Our front desk is not open 24 hours a day [open 7 am-10 am,3 pm-9 pm]. If you arrive at the hotel between the closing hours of 10 am and 3 pm, please refer to the signboard at the front desk that will direct you to where to store your luggage and changing place.
