− When we arrived there was very cold and the heat was closed. We started the heat and we write a message to the owner because After 2 hours was cold . She said that will take time... but how much time so we moved in living room and sleep on couch beacause in bedroom was like in fridge!!!! At 3 am in the mornjng starting to fell warmer in the apartment only after 6 hours that we started the heat. This is not normal for 200 euros / night!!!
Besser hätte es nicht sein können
10.0Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung hat man ein gutes Gefühl und ist direkt wie im zweiten Zuhause. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden und vor allem: sauber. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war hervorragend. Sie antwortete immer sehr zeitnah und war absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in der Wiener Neustadt
