Great location, clean, but poor service.

The apartment is clean, very spacious, and in an excellent location.

− Service is very slow: the shower faucet was broken (it was impossible to regulate the water temperature), and it took them two days to fix it. We were given only one towel per person for a whole week, and when I asked for an extra one, it took three days just to bring one single towel. To make matters worse, on our last day, the cleaners simply opened the door while I was inside without any prior notice.

Central Metropolis Luxury Living, Athens Great Location, but a Disappointing Experience The apartment looks fantastic in the photos, and its location in Athens is excellent. Unfortunately, the reality is quite different from what the pictures suggest. One of the strangest things is the heavy iron gate installed directly in front of the apartment entrance. It literally feels like entering an animal cage rather than a luxury apartment. It gives the impression that there may be some issues between the owner and the neighbors. The apartment itself is quite nice, but it is clearly not properly maintained. When we arrived, the shower faucet was broken. The owner told us it would be repaired the next day. My question is simple: why wasn't it fixed before guests arrived, especially considering the high price? Another major problem is the noise. The neighbors upstairs are extremely loud, making it difficult to relax or get proper rest. In addition, neighbors on the same floor leave various belongings in the shared hallway, making the surroundings feel cluttered and poorly maintained. Of course, none of these unpleasant details appear in the property's attractive promotional photos. For a place calling itself "Luxury Living," the overall experience falls far short of expectations. The price is extremely high for what you actually get. Despite the excellent location and the apartment's initial appeal, I would definitely not stay here again. Poor maintenance, excessive noise, an unpleasant entrance, and very poor value for money make this a disappointing experience.

Cozy and comfortable stay but a little efforts on maintenance and cleaning can certainly elevate the value much further

Location, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen and all facilities within the apartment

− Broken shower handle which made temperature setting difficult. No cleaning even for entire week. Usually other apartments used to offer cleaning once a week but not this one.
