− Some dusty corners and cobwebs. Due for a deep clean of carpets and kitchen. Still gets a solid 9 rating, though.

7.0Tolle Lage in sehr schönem Quartier. Supermarkt und Kaffees in der Nähe (5min) familienfreundliches ruhiges Quartier
− Unterkunft hat Gewissen Renovationsbedarf. Trotz Basement war die Unterkunft hell und mit eigener Patio. Auf Grund der Fussball-WM war das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Zu normalen Zeiten hoffentlich günstiger.0
Too expensive for what it is.
5.0The location is great. Close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. They left a bowl of fruit, which was nice and they are super friendly. But the price is very high for what it is. Very disappointed.
− The suite needs a deep clean. There is dust, cob webs, spiders, everywhere. The carpet in the bedroom is stained. For the price, this was not worth it. Many updates are needed. No fan or AC. You can hear noise from upstairs and the water being used/ toilet flushing.
