10.0From the moment the reservation was made, Steph was very friendly and kind. He was always in touch and answered me all the questions I had prior my trip and then when I got to Switzerland and also when I got to the apartment. I walked from the train station (it is a long walk if you are not used it or if you have luggage) to the apartment. It was a very nice uphill walk with great views and nice cafés around. Steph also was in touch during my stay and it was always available to answer questions. Check out was smooth, all easy. The apartment is a 5 Star apartment, completely clean with all that you need for your stay. An ALDI is 1 minute away from the apartment and that is a very good thing to know! Overall it was a fantastic choice.
