− Difficult to find exact appartment. No corkscrew. Toaster broken. No ice cube trays. Patio furniture broken, old and rotten. Ant problems. No swimming pool.

Nice apartment spacious good roof terrace

− Distance from Mojacar 60 plus steps to/from car didn't say this or would not have booked Late getting in due to previous tenants "trashing the place" and poor cleaners had to work flat out. To clear and clean it . Bar packed and far too loud ( hearing impaired person prefers quiet areas)

The location is great, we saw the sunrise every morning from the terrace

− The outside furniture was very dirty, the terraces as well. The bare necessities were at minimum: one trash bag, no bottle opener, no coffee, no salt (just a few small packs). No shower gel, just soap. 2 toilet rolls (we stayed 17 days) You should be very careful when you arrive. The complex is huge and it took one hour to find the apartment, it is chaotic and has many many steps, no ramp for luggages and no answer from the people in charge of the apartment. We had to carry the luggages from the garage to the apartment and it was really difficult for 2 skinny girls.

La ubicación, el tamaño de la vivienda, los accesorios, toallas suficientes, el residencial muy agradable y las vistas muy buenas.

− La limpieza en general, suelos sucios, un problema de arañas bastante grande, restos en alguna pared. La luz de la terraza superior no funcionaba, supongo que estaría la bombilla fundida. Deben informar al club social que no deben usar las plazas que no son suyas, no pudimos hacer uso de ella por estar ocupada.
