Atrodas klusā vieta, dzelzceļs blakus netraucē jo majai ir laba skaņas izolācija. Dzivoklis, liels tīrs, dvieļi, gultasveļa nevainojami. tur problemu nekādu! Virtuve aprikota labi, ir viss nepieciesamais. Guļamistabā iespējama piespiedu ventilācija. Pavisam netāla patīkama Beķereja, ar svaigi ceptām smalkmaizitem, kur var ari garšigi paēst pusdienas vai vakariņas! Patīkami, ka izrakstīšanas ir lidz 12iem, nevis agrāk ka daudzviet LV tiek prasits

− Diemžēl ne viss atbilst reklamētajam. Norādīts, ka auto drīkst atstāt jebkurā brīvajā vietā, taču mēģinot to novietot sākas skandāls ar kaimiņiem! Tiek paskaidrots: a "Igors mājas pilnsapulcē ir informets, ka auto drīkst novietotot tikai attiecigai kāpņu telpai paredzetā vietā,bet viņs turpina viesiem sniegt nekorektu informaciju". Lai pilnigi nesabojātu vakaru nebeidzamā konfliktā, nācas pārbraukt un novietot zālāja, cerot ka pašvaldibas policija sodu neuzliks! Atbraucām uz svētkiem, bet sākas ar stridu! Sarakstē saimnieks atbild tikai angliski- škiet nezin, vai neatzist latviešu valodu! (profilā norādīts- pārvalda!) Pieejams Smart televizors, diemžēl neizdevās tajā atrast nevienu aplikāciju, kurā varetu kaut ko arī skatīties neabonējot attiecigo pakalpojumu. Tualetē skalojamā kaste regulāri "iestrēgst" ar atvērtu ūdens vārstu! Labi, tas nopietnu problemu nerada, piecietām!

Very nice apartment, stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, even a PlayStation with games! 10min walk to the beach and there is a rimi store along the way. We left a hat by accident and the owner sent it back to us, very much appreciated!

We would like to thank Igors and Alise for their warm welcome and this wonderful apartment. It is conveniently located close to the train station, with cafés, shops, and a lovely promenade nearby. The surrounding area is peaceful, with beautiful forest, plenty of greenery, and private parking in the courtyard. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need and is very comfortable and spacious, especially for families with children. Without a doubt, this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in in Latvia. Highly recommended!

The apartment enjoys an excellent location – only a short walk from the train station, which makes arrivals and departures very easy, and just a few minutes from several well‑stocked supermarkets for all your daily needs. The beautiful sandy beach is about a 10‑minute stroll away, so you can easily pop down for a morning swim, an afternoon of sunbathing, or a quiet sunset walk. The neighborhood itself is calm and green, with the apartment nicely tucked away among trees, giving it a refreshing, almost holiday‑park atmosphere despite being so close to the town. An added delight is the good bakery just around the corner, perfect for picking up fresh, still‑warm bread or sweet pastries to start the day. Public transport is also convenient – a bus stop with routes towards Riga and Ainazi is only about ten minutes on foot, making it easy to combine beach days with exploring the wider region (bus to Sigulda departs from train station). Inside, the apartment feels modern, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The living area is comfortable and quite new, perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The kitchen is sleek and contemporary – ideal for preparing simple meals – and the inclusion of a robot vacuum is a smart touch that keeps everything neat without any effort on your part. All in all, it’s a peaceful, well‑kept place where you can feel instantly at home, whether you’re there for a short break or a longer stay.

− While the kitchen looks great, it could use a few more basic items for everyday cooking – for example, there was no pasta strainer. The amount of dishes is also on the low side. In the bedrooms, blackout curtains or blinds would be very welcome, especially in summer, to keep out the early morning sun and prevent the rooms from heating up too much. For families, it’s worth noting that the children’s beds are rather short, suitable only for kids up to about 150 cm. The bathroom is quite small but functional; however, the sink is set quite high for younger children, and there was no step stool available. At night, the surroundings are generally quiet, but with the windows open, you may hear passing trains in the distance.

Idealna czystość. Pachnąca pościel i ręczniki. Dbałość o kazdy szczegół. Do dyspozycji gości woda, zmywarka, pralka i kosmetyki. Przestronnie i bardzo wygodnie. Właścicielka służy pomocą w razie jakichkolwiek problemów. Bardzo proste zameldowanie . Polecam i dziękuję bardzo 🦋
