Very clean property, perfect access to walking trails. Comfy bed. We would have appreciated 2 keys. Very tight bedroom quarters, awkward to get around. Nice balcony.

The property was well equipped. The only irritant was the one cup coffee machine. The bed was great for a tall people! A full size refrigerator was a bonus. We would have cleaned the dishes if soap was provided for the dish washer! We would recommend this Micro Boutique for anyone visiting Fredericton!

The space, amenities, safety, access, parking and communications were all excellent. However, cleaning was incomplete. Trash, hair and (looked like) bed sheets were from previous renter.

Nice hotel, clean, good room layout. The only thing is the dryer machine that was weird and seemed to turn off itself every 5 minutes. The kitchen was nice, and we liked it. Thanks
