− Some pillowcases were old, and the landlord's response was disappointing. Even hotels provide tissues, but there were none in the room. When I asked where I could find them, the landlord suggested that I buy them myself. The equipment in the room was leaking all the time. I told the landlord after I found it on the first night, and attached photos and videos. The landlord asked me to locate where the leak was. After I replied, he didn't reply for a whole day. When I asked again, I received a checkout reminder. When I checked out, the landlord replied lol. I slept with the sound of water for two whole nights. It was very uncomfortable. There was no solution at all. If you booked room 1104, please apply for a replacement immediately. It's really terrible.

− That there was no TV in the bedroom. There were no dishtowels. The TV in the living room kept going back to homescreen.
