9.0Casa ampla e bem dividida. Térrea sem escadas. Cozinha ampla e com utensílios. Disposições de camas muito boa. Banheiros amplos. Mesa grande. Chuveiros com vazão boa.
− O piso escorregadio se molhado e falta de telas nas janelas para impedir entrada de bichos (apesar de não ter visto nenhum bicho e nem pernilongo- acredito que detetizado recentemente) mas não foi possível abrir as janelas para circular o ar à noite já que não tinha ar condicionado receio de entrar bichos.
