8.0La vista mare. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort (Aria condizionata. Elettrodomestici e arredo terrazza). Posto auto riservato. Molto importante in questa zona!
− La vicinanza alla strada Statale Aurelia. (rumorosa). Alcuni local dell'appartamento non ricevono luce naturale avendo finestra su cavedio interno.
Apartmán bol pekný, dobre vybavený, s pekným výhľadom. Oceňujem pohotovú komunikáciu s pani domácou.

− Apartmán bol v kopci, do ktorého vedú len schody alebo strmá cesta nahor. Pre kočíky nevhodné.
