− Το ο,τι έπρεπε να ανέβω 4 οροφους για να φτάσω στο κατάλυμα.Μην το προτιμήσετε για ανθρώπους που δεν μπορούν να ανταπεξέλθουν πολλές σκαλες.

− The apartment was on the 4th floor and had no elevator. My booking already mentioned that I was traveling with an infant. I was not told the location of my apartment till 2 days before. When K was told the location, I was still not told that I’d have to carry a stroller 4 stories up and down every time I have to leave the apt.

Location was fantastic with really great restaurants nearby

− First impression wasn't great the pics on booking are clearly a while ago. If you are providing teabags and coffee it would be good to have milk also. If you must have a clock in the lounge at least put a battery in it and bed wasn't the most comfortable and 2 single duvets on a double bed is a big no no. And finally for us.. everytime we picked up a towel there were long black hairs on them... I'm bald and my fiancee is blonde so definitely not ours Very disappointing as had higher expectations

What we liked the most was the location of the apartment. Super nice when it comes to both using underground as the underground station is near as well as walking around London. Safe neighbourhood, quiet. The apartment was very cozy and spacious. All furniture was nice, clean and in a good condition. Very friendly staff.

− Definitely the 4th floor would be a benefit if there would be a lift however there was no lift and from the ground floor we had to climb up almost 100 steps each time to reach our apartment. We know that you’re going to respond that most of the buildings in London don’t have one however mentioning it would be fair to your guests, especially if someone has knee problems. If I knew prior to my arrival that there would be almost a 100 steps I would definitely not rent it out. The TV had a terrible reception. We couldn’t watch anything for 5min without a disturbance of the signal which obstructed video and audio. The internet the worst thing in the whole apartment - 5mg download and 7mg upload …. I’m sorry but I’m 2025 it’s a joke when you’re unable to even watch a YouTube video. Yes I did reset the router but it didn’t help.
