4.0Our train was 2.5 hrs late, we arrived to 1.00am and there was someone there to meet us which was exceptional. The room was clean.
− No toilet paper!!! Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures There weren't even plates, only cup saucers. No staff around to replenish Breakfast food or to get plates

9.0Fantastic location, short walk to the markets, train station and the bus ride to Machu Picchu. Beds were a little hard for me, but I am used to a soft bed. Otherwise the room was great. It was quiet, clean and the shower was nice and hot.
