Not the best.
3.0− Booked property got 12 days but was unavailable upon check in and told last mine. Staff gave us an alternative but was unprepared upon arrival and took another 30mins to prepare with still minor issues. Automatic in the bathroom would go off during showers. Arrival time of staff was also poor waiting more than an hour to check in.

9.0The comfort, facilities, security and the level of cleanliness provided. Exceeded my expectation. Gisabela is a fantastic professional with a very kind manner. Valdemar supervision is very efficient and solution based.

It was amazing- really really loved it. Valdemar made it much more beautiful.
10.0Being a first time traveler to Luanda, Valdemar (my host) made my stay so amazing. I will definitely love to move in when next i visit Luanda. I really loved his warmth and kindness. He literarily booked every cab/taxi for me to move around the city. Despite being a difficult time for him personally, he was still very present in my stay. I really do appreciate him. I later loved the fleet of stairs as it was some form of exercise to burn all the carbs from my day. :)
