10.0親切的服務及詳細的介紹，飯店服務人員每一位都非常好！飯店是比較有歷史的，但乾淨整潔，溫泉設施也相當好，從迎賓飲料到下午茶、晚餐、宵夜晚點樣樣皆得人心，期待下次再度入飯店享受渡假

− 夕食の提供に時間がかかり満足感が得られなかった。 個別の鍋の方が食べやすいと思った。食器皿などが大き過ぎて従業員の方が1人で重そうだった。
