− El primer día quedamos sin agua, habían informado que ese día no habría agua por unas reparaciones y no fueron precavidos en poner aunque sea un tanque con agua para lo elemental, llegamos y no pudimos asearnos nos toco a nosotros bajar con las canecas el balde de trapear etc a buscar agua a planta baja y arrear agua para los inodoros por lo mínimo. En la pagina aparece que tiene aire acondicionado pero no hace mención que es en una sola habitación que en la sala hay uno pero lo tienen des habilitado, por lo cual las personas que duermen en el cuarto 2 y 3 mueren de calor. El calor es insoportable. El tubo de desagüe del lavamanos se desprendió y fue un reguero de agua en el baño principal, los elementos de cocina sucios y allí también el desagüe del fregadero caía en las ollas que se encontraban en la parte de abajo.

− Que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba Y el personal de la piscina no saber dirigirse a las personas
