Nice home, plenty of places for sleeping, comfortable beds, kids enjoyed hot tub and outdoor sitting area. The outside hose had warm water for rinsing off.

− The home code did not work and had to wait for maintenance to come to open the home. Upon check-in, was informed that there was only one parking space next to building; the rest of the vehicles had to be parked over a block away, which was not visible from the home. The business owners were really nice, but many of the young adults they employed did not seem to want to work, kept waiting for others to do their job, and lacked communication/customer service skills. Note: if you cancel, Seabrook will keep the high Service fee, so not it is 100% refundable, if even done by the given date.
