El alojamiento está ubicado a 15 minutos andando de la reserva de orangutanes y la reserva SunBear. También se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando de RainForest. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno, el cual disfrutamos mucho como toda la comida en general. El personal fue muy amable y simpático con nosotros todo el tiempo y siempre nos facilitó la estancia. En este alojamiento reservamos un tour 3D2N por el rio Kinabangtan, y tambien fue una gestión que nos facilitó mucho el viaje.

− Creo que el precio por noche es algo elevado para una habitación compartida, en comparación con los precios del país en general.

Not fit to be a hotel from either the facilities or staff perspective

− I arrived on 28 May and was only informed upon arrival that the property had been without running water since 24 May. This critical issue was not disclosed before check-in. I was told my only options were to cancel or stay and pay, despite there being no comparable accommodation available nearby. I therefore felt compelled to stay and pay simply to have somewhere to sleep. The property was not as advertised and was not reasonably habitable. The lack of running water meant no functioning toilets and no showers in temperatures of around 38°C with 90% humidity. During the night, rain also leaked through the roof and ceiling near the bed. Additional concerns included: • Inadequate room cooling and ineffective ceiling fan. • Ineffective mosquito nets because they did not close properly. • Dirty pool with slimy tiles, damaged edges, and an unsafe light fitting. • No management presence and limited bar facilities due to staff being on holiday. Given the undisclosed lack of water, absence of toilet and shower facilities, roof leaks, and the other deficiencies, I believe a full refund is fully justified. Despite these serious issues, Booking.com has advised that it has been unable to negotiate a full refund with the property and I am very unhappy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. The villas were gorgeous. So close to the orangutan sanctuary and they will drive you for very cheap!
